1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer
(hereinafter referred to as "you") in our company store, website,
mobile website, social media platform or mobile application (jointly
hereinafter referred to as "FORTESA CURDINA").
1.2
FORTESA CURDINA reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions.
1.3
By continuing to access or use our website after paying attention to our terms
and conditions, you agree to our terms and conditions; you agree to be bound by
our terms. If you do not agree to the terms, completely or in part, please do
not continue with purchase.
2. ORDERING / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1
Once you have placed the order it is considered that you have entered into a
contract and all the "Terms&Conditions" contained herein shall be
applicable to you.
2.2
The ordering option is available in Store (Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to
6:00 PM CET), or ONLINE through the Website at www.fortesacurdina.com
(non-stop), including telephone, WhatsApp, Viber or other FORTESA CURDINA
registered social media (Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET);
"the order".
2.3
Once you have placed your order, if you have given us your email address
through the order process, you will receive an email confirmation of your
order.
2.4
FORTESA CURDINA, will fulfill the order in accordance with your confirmation
(email confirmation) and upon confirmation, full payment of the order is
required.
2.5
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at
the earliest opportunity. In such events, if we have already received payment
for the order, we will refund the applicable amount, using the same method used
to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary,
we will notify you and ask you to contact FORTESA CURDINA Customer Service at: orders.fortesacurdina@gmail.com,
who will settle the refund. In such events, you will not have any extra charges
and will be refunded as soon as possible.

4. PRODUCTS
4.1
All of FORTESA CURDINA products are PRE ORDERED in Standard Size and PRE
ORDERED in Custom Size, which means that they are not already in stock. Dresses
viewed on photos on our social media or website are SAMPLE DRESSES only.
4.2
The Customer understands that there may be slight differences in color, due to
the different color settings in different monitors/screens.
5. TIMELINE
FORTESA
CURDINA’s products take 10 working days to be produced, depending on the
complexity of the product. The Sales Team will provide you with a delivery date
as a deadline.
6. SHIPPING POLICY
6.1
The shipping of the products can only happen during weekdays (Monday-Friday).
6.2
The customer will receive a tracking number (waybill) for his/her order once
the product(s) is/are shipped (its preferable to track your order very often).
6.3
The Express Posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later
than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the
product will arrive earlier and that the customer should not be alarmed.
6.4
The shipping takes usually 3-4 working days (not including your customs process
that might take a few days depending on how soon you pay your custom fees)
7. CUSTOMS
7.1
The product prices do not include import taxes or custom duties (if any). Taxes
will be charged by your carrier at delivery and FORTESA CURDINA does not take
any responsibility to compensate you in regards to these charges.
7.2
Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay
the custom fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to the
vendor and the buyer will not be refunded of the amount paid.
7.3
Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. To avoid the
experience of such delays please check with your local customs offices.
8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
8.1
Exchange and Return without the original issued invoice is not accepted.
8.2
Since all products subject to sale are prepared in line with the demands and/or
measurements of the personal needs of the costumer, the buyer is not entitled
to return these products within this framework.
8.3
Because all of our products are PRE ORDERED in Standard Size and PRE ORDERED in
Custom Size, we advise our clients to be determined when purchasing, as the
customer will need to have appropriate reasoning for return and refund.
8.4
Return and exchange of damaged products are not accepted. You will be provided
with a detailed video of your finished dress via email, or other forms of
communication, as a documentation with the time and date before the shipment of
the dress. FORTESA CURDINA will capture every detail of the dress as proof of
good quality of the product, proof of no damage in the product also proof that
the product was produced with the correct measurements of the size that you
ordered. The measurements should be taken correctly by a professional since the
customer will need to have appropriate reasoning for return and refund.
8.5
With regards to measurements and dresses that are ‘CUSTOM MADE DRESSES’, there
might be small imperfections since it is not possible to have a perfect fit
without having at least one physical fitting of you/the client. Every order
goes through the Quality Assurance Manager, to make sure the dress is produced
with based on your sent measurements and special requests (if any).
9. CANCEL & REFUND POLICY
9.1
The Customer is eligible to cancel his/her order if the product does not turn
out how the customer has specified. The Customer needs to have appropriate
reasons.
9.2
Please read the below instructions according to the refund policies:
9.2.1 Order canceled within 24 hours of
payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
9.2.2 Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours
after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the
item price.
9.2.3 Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours
after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 30% of the
item price.
9.2.4 Cancellation after 72 hours from
the moment the order is paid: you will not get refund at all.
